ApplyFlow is operated by Orfali. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy explains our refund terms and how to request a refund.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ApplyFlow Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase. New users also receive a 30-day free trial before any charge, so you can try the Pro features before paying.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email used at checkout, and request a refund directly through Paddle.
  • Or contact us at support@applyflow.app and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your Pro access will end and your account will revert to the Free plan.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
