These Terms govern your use of ApplyFlow, a job application tracking service operated by Orfali (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ApplyFlow lets you organise job applications, set interview reminders, view a calendar, and track your progress. We offer a Free plan (limited to 10 applications) and a Pro plan (€5/month, unlimited applications and premium features) with a 30-day free trial for new users.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or abuse.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security of the service.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to other accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
ApplyFlow, its software, design, and content are owned by Orfali and protected by IP law. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
5. Payments, Subscriptions and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, tax, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
The Pro subscription is billed monthly in advance at €5 (plus applicable VAT). It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page or via Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net; access continues until the end of the current billing period. New users receive a 30-day free trial; if you do not cancel during the trial, your subscription begins automatically.

7. Service Level and Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
